Shadowbane Writing Contest 魔剑写作比赛
As part of the build up to Shadowbane Emulator's launch, by furthering the development of the lore, we are holding a writing contest for those interested. This contest is being administered by our very own SBEmu Loremaster Soulein, and the winner may have their story woven into the ongoing saga of Aerynth. Additionally, the winner will be guaranteed a spot in closed beta!
Submissions will be accepted until Friday, June 4th, after which Soulein will pass judgement on them. For additional information about the contest, refer to the contest thread linked below.

Shadowbane's Lore is a vehicle for players to develop their own characters and the reasons for which their characters and guilds are set into conflict. In the world Meridian imagined for us, we have a Dark Age of anarchy and violence. It is in this Age of Strife that our characters and guilds overcome their hatreds or succumb to them.
With the return of Shadowbane, we once more have a chance to experience this epic saga of conquest and betrayal. In an effort to promote and reward interest in the Lore, the Emulator team will be holding a writing contest for the best Lore Story. The winner will be rewarded with a guaranteed spot in the Closed Beta.
Judging Criteria:
The Story must be focused on one Character or one Guild (organizations themselves had a life of their own in Shadowbane)
Lore accuracy will be paramount. Your story should fit within the bounds of the Shadowbane World. It should add to that world, not completely re-imagine it. Stories may take place at any point in the Shadowbane timeline from the Age of Twilight to the present time.
Correct Spelling, Structure, and Plot will all be important as well.
I will judge which story is deserving of the ultimate prize! The best submissions may have their characters or organizations woven into the continuing story of Aerynth and its denizens!

魔剑传说（知识）是玩家发展自己的特点的工具和其中的人物和行会发生冲突设置的原因。在世界子午线我们想像的，我们有一个无政府状态和暴力的黑暗时代。正是在这个充满争斗，我们的时代特征和行会克服仇恨或屈服于他们。
